Shivani is a strategic people leader and executive coach who has built HR functions from the ground up several times across high-growth startups and public companies. She most recently served as VP of People and Culture at WizeHire and previously as SVP of People and Culture at ITRenew/Iron Mountain, where she stood up the HR organization and led people partners, operations, talent acquisition, and leadership development. As Head of People and Culture at Xtime, she founded the function as the company’s first HR hire and scaled the team alongside the business through its acquisition by Cox Automotive, and earlier supported HR integration at Blade Network Technologies following its acquisition by IBM. Her expertise spans M&A due diligence and integration, international HR across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, executive coaching, and building diverse and inclusive cultures. She studied Organizational Development and Change Management at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and holds a Master’s in Psychology from the University of Delhi.
