Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. "Application" means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Deep Origin

"Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Deep Origin Inc, 1000 Woodbury Rd, Ste 102. Woodbury, NY 11797 whose main website is accessible at https://www.deeporigin.com and https://www.deeporigin.io.

"Cookies" are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses. See below for further details regarding the specific types of Cookies that We may use.

By using Company’s products and services, You consent to the Company’s storage and processing of Your Personal Data. You may request the Company to remove Your Personal Data at any time by emailing privacy@deeporigin.com. However, removal of Your Personal Data before termination of Your Agreement with the Company might make Your Account inoperable, while Your financial liability will remain through the termination of Your Agreement with the Company.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other Personal Data.If You are established within the EU, we do not intend to transfer Your Personal Data to a “third country” in violation of Chapter V of the GDPR.

If You are established within the EU, our Application and Service are only made available to persons legally able to enter into an agreement.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page or by sending the updated Privacy Policy to You via email.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA requires commercial websites and online services that collects or may collect personally identifiable information to post or make available to its Users a privacy policy, in accordance with California’s Business and Professions Code Sections 22575-22579. According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:

- Users can visit our site anonymously.
- Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page, or as a minimum on the first significant page after entering our website.
- Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page
- Users are able to change their Personal Data by emailing us, calling us or logging into their account.

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

Security

The Company follows industry standard practices to protect all data. Your data is encrypted at rest and during transmission. All access is monitored 24x7. All data for European customers is stored in the data center located in the European Union. All other data is stored in a data center in the USA. If a breach were to occur, the Company would notify the authorities as well as all affected parties within 24 hours of discovery of such a breach.

Data Retention

As a general rule, the Company will retain Personal Data only as long as it is needed for the purposes defined in this Privacy Policy. However, the Company has the right to remove any and all data upon termination of Your Agreement, including by reason of Your breach of the Agreement between You and the Company, as well as upon Your request.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
